Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Assist in garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Engage in hardscape installation, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain landscape features by trimming trees and shrubs as needed.
• Dig trenches for planting or drainage purposes.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Skills

• Proficient in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of garden care principles and plant identification.
• Experience with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws.
• Familiarity with hardscape materials and installation methods.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary.
• Ability to dig effectively for planting or construction tasks.
• A keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards in landscaping work.
• Capability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
