As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing and converting incoming leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. A strong ability to work independently, research market opportunities, and source products effectively is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
· Proactively research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients across industries.
· Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term customers.
· Handle inbound leads promptly and professionally to convert inquiries into sales.
Account Management:
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Monitor client accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues and addressing inquiries efficiently.
Product Sourcing:
· Source and procure the best products at competitive prices.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
· Stay updated on market trends and supplier offerings to expand the product portfolio.
Administrative & Reporting:
· Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
· Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
· Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline to management.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
· Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.
· Excellent research skills to identify and evaluate potential leads and market opportunities.
· Proficient in sourcing and supplier relationship management.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
