About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team at Allan Myers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate dozers and other heavy equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and earthmoving.
- Collaborate with field managers to plan daily tasks and ensure efficient completion of assigned work.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines.
- Develop and maintain a feel for operating heavy equipment and develop skills such as fine grading and cutting slopes.
- Prioritize safety while operating equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably dozers.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Related work experience is required.
