We are looking for experienced Women's Health Advanced Practice Providers to help provide comprehensive, empathetic care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
Our patients are choosing Allara because they want an ongoing relationship with an empathetic provider who understands what they are going through. This is not a role to simply write prescriptions, you'll have an opportunity to build strong relationships with patients through video visits and ongoing check-ins.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week , including consults, charting, addressing patient questions, prescribing medications if needed, and providing necessary medical guidance.
Qualifications
Board-certified NP or CNM
Minimum of
2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an APP specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, obesity, Hashimoto's thyroiditis & hypothyroidism, endometriosis, menopause, and more.
Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
