We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter specializing in full-cycle in-house physician recruitment to help grow our network of board-certified physicians across the U.S. The Physician Recruiter will own the physician recruitment process, from sourcing, outreach, and interviewing to offer, with a warm handoff to onboarding while ensuring a white-glove experience for candidates. As a start-up, we are fast-moving and evolving, so you'll need to be comfortable with change, highly resourceful, and proactive in building a strong pipeline of exceptional clinical talent.

What You'll Do
- Full-cycle physician recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent, leveraging physician networks, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
- Utilize Allara's branding to elevate Allara's reputation as a premier employer in women's health through compelling outreach.
- Manage physician roles within Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure seamless candidate tracking, data integrity, and process improvement identification.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and drive a seamless recruitment process.
- Provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Own ensuring we have a robust pipeline for current and forecasted hiring needs.
- Work closely with the Clinical Talent Team to ensure seamless coverage and hiring alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- Own hiring/licensing requirements for each specialty.
- 5 years of physician recruitment experience (telehealth and/or start-up preferred).
- Strong track record of hiring board-certified physicians across multiple states.
- Expert sourcing skills – you know how to find top talent beyond traditional job postings.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse is a must.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up with shifting priorities.
- Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
