Position Overview:
As a professional Project Manager, you manage teams within our company; work with trade partners; create work orders; change orders; adhere to and maintain budgets and schedules to stay on budget and on time; and complete repair work as expeditiously as possible. We expect our Restoration Project Managers to master team building, communicate clearly with all parties, and ensure team cohesion between company-customer teams. Project management for unexpected property loss is very challenging at times. Successful Restoration Project Managers are proactive and nimble with scheduling materials and labor.
With this skill set, you will generate a streamlined and successful finished product. Restoration Project Managers know that it is vital to have good relationships with vendors and support staff. Creating good working relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and subcontractors helps ensure projects are professionally controlled and executed. By keeping in close communication with the Project Estimator and Operations Manager, you can be sure to keep the project on budget.

The RPM thrives in a fast-paced environment, running multiple reconstruction jobs in varying phases of the job life cycle. Successful RPMs have an eye for detail, are thorough, are highly organized, and enjoy helping others.
Key Attributes:
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility.
- Meets key operational objectives: Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, and Company Metrics.
- Effective job chartering including job budget and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with vendors, tradesmen, and sub-contractors.
- Manage and facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial projects through completion.
- Generate detailed work orders, communicate, and schedule work.
- Generate & provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors.
- Maintain frequent communication with external and internal customers.
- Work with accounting on work order approval and tradesman/vendor bill payment.
- Secure necessary permits.
- Ensure an orderly and clean job site is maintained.
- Coordinate and perform needed job inspections.
- Work within the job budget.
- Ensure all employees/subcontractors are working safely.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of all phases of construction.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management position.
- Works well without oversight.
- Friendly, honest, professional, and outgoing.
- Enjoys working with clients to restore their homes or businesses.
- Ability to develop and lead teams.
- Sound planning and organization skills.
- Record of continuous learning and willingness to continue learning.

Compensation Package:
- Base Annual Pay: $50k - $70k - D.O.E.
