We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office for basic tasks
- Experience as a personal assistant or in customer support is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
