Home Care Agency is looking for experience Community Liaison & Salesperson - Raleigh, NC
At Allcare Home Health Agency, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our agency is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and goal-orientated individual to join us as a Community Liaison and Salesperson.
The Community Liaison and Salesperson will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, establishing partnerships with Physicians, Case Managers, Hospital Discharge Planners, Community Organizations and other local businesses, and driving new client acquisition. The Community Liaison and Salesperson will represent our agency in the community and serve as a trusted resource to families seeking home care services.
Responsibilities :
Market the agencys services directly to Doctors Offices, Hospital Discharge Planners, Case Managers, Social Workers, Surgical Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Rehab Facilities, Veterans Administration and build relationships with all parties.
Network and develop partnerships with local community organizations to increase awareness of the agencys services
Actively generate leads and sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
Educate families, healthcare professionals, and community groups on the benefits of home care services.
Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings to promote the agency and its services
Convert leads from community outreach and referrals into active clients.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with rehab facilities, hospitals, assisted living facilities, case managers, government agencies
Seek out and acquire new contract opportunities for agency in Assisted Living Facilities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the agencys overall growth goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or community outreach, preferably in home health or home care.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven
Knowledge of the home care industry and home health services is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits :
Base Salary plus commission

Physical Requirements :
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
