We're looking for a self-starter who are willing to grow with the company from data encoder to an HR Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for people who have a good focus on details and can work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be trained in some HR functions and pulling out reports from the system.

Job Responsibilities of Data Entry/HR Assistant:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Organize and maintain accurate employee records.
- Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by CMS and Health Department.
- Follow up and updates Nurses credentials.
- File and organize binders per department.
- Performing other related duties as needed.
Qualifications for Data Entry/HR Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
- Can type at least 45-50wpm with high accuracy is a MUST.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Experience working in data entry software or willing to be trained.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment.
