Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Conduct basic proofreading tasks
- Rotate on call for evenings and weekends with admin team
Experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft applications
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is beneficial
- Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office management systems
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
