About the Position:
- Primary Care Services: Provide routine physical exams, Pap smears, and diagnostic testing to adult patients.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients on general wellness strategies, offering actionable guidance to promote healthy lifestyles.
Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while adhering to established protocols for consistency and accuracy. - Urgent Complaints: Manage urgent complaints in a typical primary care setting.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work effectively with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes.
- Lab Review: Review all lab results and clinical documents in a timely manner.
- Charting: Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of each encounter.
- Productivity: Comfortably see approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins.
- Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful environment for patients and staff.
Schedule Requirements:
This role requires working a structured schedule consisting of:
- 3 weekdays per week: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
