Your job will be to ensure insurance coverage
weekday opening through closing tasks of phone management,
greeting/escorting/scheduling patients for their future appointments ahead of time to fill the schedule,
completing intake/registration/processing of new patients,
calling, texting patients who missed appointments using our relationship management software
assisting with insurance coordination/verification
collecting patient financial contributions “over the counter payments”.
In addition to: working with managers and owners to enhance marketing processes (we are in the business of marketing physical therapy).
Our clients are extremely motivated and to get better and your caring patient service specialist role greeting them each visit can brighten their day and aid in their recovery process.
This is a new, full-time position in an established clinic in Brooklyn NY. You must be able to start at 10AM and end at 7:30PM Tues Thurs. On Mondays and Wednesday 10 am to 3:00 PM. Your schedule will be weekdays, but you must be able to work 2 (TWO) Sundays 8:00AM - 2:00 PM per month.
Note: we will be able to fine-tune your schedule between desires/needs of your co-workers. The salary and benefit packages are competitive, with incentives for exceptional performance.
- Base Pay is $14 plus incentives(bonuses).
