Senior Property Adjuster, SPA.
Please see minimum and preferred requirements. This is a San Antonio or remote position, depending upon business need. It is a permanent position reporting to a CE Manager.
Here are the minimum, and preferred, requirements for the role:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months handling complex personal lines property claims
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency in use of CoreLogic estimating platform.
- Available to work during core hours M-F 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm, including after hours and at the weekend as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current home state adjuster license.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization.
- Known to drive complex files to resolution.
- Water claims handing experience.
- Attorney represented, PA represented, appraisals and property foreclosure claim handling experience.
- Strong coverage knowledge surrounding Liberty policies, exclusions, and endorsements.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Condo experience.
- Experience resolving complex coverage and property damage evaluation issues.
- Experience identifying and refining operational processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Multi state claim licenses including NY and/or HI.
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing and/or industry designations such as CPCU, AIC, SCLA, etc.
