What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilitation Manager position at Allcat Claims Service?
Purpose:
Builds and leads a team of facilitation professionals focused on training and developing desk adjusters and creates feedback loops to ensure optimal learning environments and experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivates partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive collaborative success
- Supervises learners during the introductory training period
- Drives the delivery of accurate, comprehensive, engaging, and impactful training programs for new and current desk adjusters
- Continually evaluates learner performance to ensure training is meeting business needs; resolves challenges and modifies program(s) as necessary
- Develops and validates instruction methodology(s) with a focus on blended and other adult learning best practices
- Regularly provides data driven insights to senior leadership on learning retention and speed to proficiency
- Regularly reviews and optimizes training delivery processes for efficiency and scalability
- Performs regular assessment of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports through a structured observation process
- Maintains regular 1:1’s with direct reports sharing evaluations of performance and guidance to further their development and careers
- Conducts training and/or co-facilitates on a recurring schedule to ensure optimization of delivery skills and familiarity with content
- Maintains a breadth and depth of training/adult learning trends, developments, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR, Communications or relevant field
- Current TX Adjuster’s License (or ability to obtain)
- 3-5 years direct experience with classroom management
- Demonstrated experience with training program development and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with others and create a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize responsibilities to support competing priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of training and development best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS Administration
