Purpose:
Supports the Platform-wide, Learning & Development Organization by providing accurate, efficient, and proactive licensing and administrative support. Primarily responsible for providing administrative oversight of licensing activities; the role will serve as a primary point of contact for general licensing questions and provide clerical and administrative support within the L&D function.

Supports the Platform-wide, Learning & Development Organization by providing accurate, efficient, and proactive licensing and administrative support. Primarily responsible for providing administrative oversight of licensing activities; the role will serve as a primary point of contact for general licensing questions and provide clerical and administrative support within the L&D function.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains records, compiles information and submits forms in order to obtain and maintain licenses
- Coordinates with applicants and state agencies to ensure timely and efficient license acquisition and renewal
- Ensures compliance with organization policies and government regulations
- Maintains an accurate, complete database or set of records to track the status of applications, renewals and forms
- Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Provides insight and guides management on licensing issues
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Anticipates the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the L&D function
- Orders L&D supplies and materials as directed
- Participates in Day 1 welcome program(s)
- Owns the new hire badge issuance process
- Prepares reports on training activities and outcomes
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years in an administrative support role highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with LMS and database’s helpful but not required
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellence in organizational and follow up skills
