Responsibilities
- As the Data Scientist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Deep Learning and Generative AI models to foster innovation across different products.
- Create and enhance high-quality prompts and templates for Large Language Models to ensure precise, relevant and fluent responses.
- Analyze and map data from various sources, including insurance contracts and customer service logs.
- Deploy AI / ML solutions to optimize underwriting risk assessment, claims processing and customer service.
- Handle unsupervised pre-training, fine-tuning and retrieval augmentation for large-scale model experimentation.
- Evaluate LLM models using multiple metrics and actively participate in the development and refinement of the data science team and use cases.
