Role Overview : We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to join our Agents Team . This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a 0-1 product development environment and can rapidly prototype, iterate, and build scalable solutions. As a core member of our founding team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI research, design, and product, to create game-changing products that leverage advanced foundation models.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end development of products from concept to deployment, focusing on rapid iteration and quick prototyping.
- Conduct User interviews and ask insightful questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, designers, product managers) to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and flexible software solutions for AI-driven agents.
- Ship Backend and Frontend code.
- Quickly adapt to feedback and insights, implementing changes to improve product performance and user experience.
- Participate in strategic discussions to set technical and product direction, contributing to overall company vision and strategy.
- Build and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases to support fast-paced development and scaling.
