- As the Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible to lead data analysis initiatives for cutting-edge healthcare products.
- You will develop and deploy data pipelines and classification algorithms to synthesize and interpret a variety of data sources.
- Engage in multi-omic, imaging and flow cytometry-based assays.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to drive product development and foster biopharma collaborations.
- Deliver high-quality solutions efficiently within a fast-paced startup setting.
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Bioengineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience within drug discovery or development.
- Deep knowledge of biostatistical methods and molecular biology, with a focus on cancer genomics.
- Skilled in scripting languages like Python, R, and Linux shell environments
- Experience with custom algorithms, version control, and software design practices is a plus.
- Proficient in handling NGS data and utilizing bioinformatics tools, along with machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with experimental scientists on Design of Experiments (DOE) and familiarity with best practices.
