We are high-growth healthtech building and scaling an AI-Driven product transforming transitions of care and massively improving patient outcomes. Our mission is to drastically improve the patient experience at its fundamental level to help people live happier, healthier, and longer lives.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This position will have a major impact in building our culture, establishing engineering best practices, and developing industry altering software. Your closest collaborate with be our CTO and you'll also work cross-functionally with product, operations, and clinical teams.
You'll be developing, scaling, and optimizing a robust, real-time patient engagement platform end-to-end. The ideal candidate can take ownership of key areas from infrastructure, backend services, and can polish beautiful frontends.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and scale APIs, backend services, and web applications for our AI driven platform
- Collaborate with Product and AI/ML Engineers to integrate our conversational AI functionalities
- Own the full stack from database design, backend services, and front-end development with a focus on user experience
- Build reusable code libraries, components, and frameworks to improve development speed and quality.
- Work in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and optimize backend infrastructures and web services
Technical Qualifications:
- B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 4 years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency across JavaScript/TypeScript/Node, ReactJS, Python, RDBMS, Express
- Experience with system architecture and API design
- Disciplined approach to engineering focused on writing clean code, TDD, and CI/CD
Nice to Have:
- Experience with healthcare or healthcare related products
- Start-up experience or ability to build 0 to 1 and rebuilding that 1 to N
- Familiarity with data engineering and DevOps practices
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
