They are hiring a ServiceNow GRC Business Process Consultant on a contract basis to join the team remotely and be responsible for the delivery Process Improvement engagement by facilitating the process design and modelling for clients.

- As a ServiceNow GRC Business Process Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the process design and modelling for clients.
- You will be taking the clients to the next level of the process maturity.
- Be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activity by providing functional and technical support to the Business Development team by building the right solutions based on the clients’ requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences
- 5 years’ experience process development, management, and improvement
- 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator
- Business Process for Implementation
- ITIL V3 or 4 (required)
- CPDE (required or equivalent)
- Agile (desired)
- Prosci (desired)
- TOGAF (desired)
- Six Sigma (desired)
- Strong requirements gathering experience.
- Ability to work with business users and clients
