Our client are an Elite ServiceNow Partner and they are hiring a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant for a 6 month contract located remotely in the U.S. The successful candidate will work closely with the organization’s clients to craft implementation strategies and pioneer groundbreaking HRSD solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized HRSD solutions.
- Lead project initiation, pre-work questionnaires, and design workshops.
- Drive process re-engineering and improvements to enhance employee experiences.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
- Influence stakeholders by offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
- Develop and manage documentation, including design workbooks, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Perform risk assessments and address issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on HR solutions.
- Expertise in implementing processes and solutions in customer environments.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership.
- Experience in requirements gathering and detailed process documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Essential prior experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (preferred).
