Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications, ensuring quality, performance, and functionality meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure application quality.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and custom scripts.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Support automation testing using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework).
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Experience with Manual and Automated Testing.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience using test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) for test automation.
- ITIL or ServiceNow-specific certifications.
