What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Alle-Kiski Valley Activity Center for Adults?
DAILY: Balance entries made by participants using the CoPilot reporting system in conjunction with the completion of the Monthly Meal Count review form.
- Count all project income monies (lunch donations) and assure the correct accounting of funds are in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging (WCAAA).
- Correct and make appropriate edits into the CoPilot reporting system to assure accurate activity reporting.
- Print reports required for staff/volunteers to continue internal tracking for the monthly statistical report.
- Work within the center to assure all activities scheduled are well organized and observe attendance.
- Be sure staff and volunteers are kept informed and scheduled in a way to maximize the enjoyment of our participants using the center while abiding by the required WCAAA guidelines.
- Schedule events and programming.
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, part time staff and volunteers.
- Submit weekly meal orders to the WCAAA and Nutrition, Inc.
- Must be flexible to manage other assignments as directed by the WCAAA or the ALVSCC Executive Director.
Best Practice : Study the WCAAA Senior Operations Manual. This Manual includes all of the policies and procedures set forth by the WCAAA in regards to the operations of the centers.
