POSITION TITLE: Director of Treasury Services

The Treasury Services Manager will be focused on the management and leadership of the Treasury Services team and help coordinate and support the business development activities of new and existing small business and commercial members. This individual should possess a comprehensive understanding of treasury products, regulatory environment, industry trends and practices and have a thorough knowledge of Allegacy’s products, policies and procedures.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Treasury Services department with two direct reports – Treasury Services Operations Manager and Treasury Services Officer
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the major technical aspects of all deposit products and treasury services solutions
- Develop sales procedures, workflows, and project plans for Treasury Services initiatives
- Implement strategies to maintain and expand business relationships and ensure member service is a primary focus of the department
- Understand the full array of merchant service solutions available to business members and maintain relationship with Allegacy’s third party provider, Atlantic Merchant Services
- Direct contact with Business members in conjunction with the discussion of deposit and treasury services to deepen relationships and service needs
- Manage branch referrals
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Autobooks
- Partner closely with the financial centers and Small Business specialists to provide education, assist with treasury questions and respond to referrals
- Conduct training for Business online banking and the onboarding of treasury services
- Monitor market results for each region and provide direction to increase business deposits and treasury sales
- Responsible for final pricing treasury services and packages
- Develop sales goals for both small business and commercial business deposits growth and the addition of treasury services solutions
- Ensure that clearly defined sales process standards are adhered to, including pipeline and calling activity reports
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Education required: Undergraduate degree
- Experience Required: 10 years experience in the financial services industry with Treasury Management leadership, CTP preferred
