Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an applicable human services, public or health administration, health information management or related areas.
- Considerable experience with medical records, quality assurance/improvement, utilization management. Prefer specific training in healthcare quality management and health information technologies.

Position Summary:
This position works collaboratively to create and manage compliance, safety/risk, and quality improvement activities such as data collection and monitoring, making recommendations for quality improvement, coordination of agency workflows, and monitoring staff documentation while supporting the overall mission of the organization. Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reviewing all serious incidents as part of the quality improvement program to analysis of trends, potential systemic issues or causes, indicate remediation, and documentation of steps taken to mitigate the potential for future incidents. Conduct root cause analysis along with enhanced root cause analysis when warranted. Conduct or participate in Human rights investigations.
Oversees the review, development and design of clinical workflows with-in the EHR system to ensure compliance and creates the most user-friendly experiences possible. Oversees the EHR forms/reports design/development as needed and data queries necessary to support the operational and programmatic needs of the organization.
