WHO:
- Is skilled in providing services for individuals with special needs using a positive approach.
- Has the ability to work as part of a team and positively represent the Agency in the community.
WITH:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work various schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable personal transportation
RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing in-home personal care as outlined by individual service plans including but not limited to transferring, bathing, toileting, feeding, housekeeping, errands and emergency response.
- Observation and reporting of the consumer’s condition to the Agency.
