Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, clinic-based role. A Behavioral Technician is responsible for data collection and implementation of the BCBA developed behavior intervention plan and individualized treatment plan through systematic and play-based teaching.
Qualifications
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Interpersonal skills for working with children and families
- Knowledge of psychology and behavior theory
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with crisis management, experience working in a clinical or educational setting, and knowledge of different instructional methods.
