Job Summary:
The Industrial Process Designer will be responsible for designing and developing industrial process systems for various customers. This includes generating 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, and collaborating with Electrical Engineers on conduit/wire way layout and electrical panel access requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial process systems for various customers.
- Generate 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineers on conduit/wire way layout and electrical panel access requirements.
- Analyze project specifications, design instructions, layout plans, flow diagrams, and P&IDs to determine scope of work.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for customer approval and shop fabrication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process design and development.
- Proficient in 3D modeling using parametric CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
