In this role you will (but not limited to):
The primary role of the position is to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening the ensure that adequate supplies are available
- Maintains records of liquors, beers, wines, etc. to ensure stock is maintained at all times
- Maintains daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand.
- Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks according to approved recipes
- Collects chits and enters billing information into ClubEssential computer system
Qualifications & Skills:
- Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping and/or wiping
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
