In this role you will (but not limited to):
The primary role of the position is to enforce the swimming pool facility’s policies, rules and regulations to ensure a safe swimming pool for all members, quests and employees.
- Completes records and reports
- Assists in maintaining and inspecting pools daily and reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to Pool Facility Manager
- Provides swimming lessons to members and quests of members
- Maintains restrooms to ensure all items are available and neatly organized
- Participates and upholds the safety programs that are needs for a safe swimming pool
- Maximize the Club’s pool facilities to reduce attrition and attract new members and quests
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds
- Must be Red Cross certified in lifeguarding, first aid, CPR and AED
- Able to tolerate outdoor climates; heat/sun etc.
- Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
