Responsibilities -
- Conduct selected callbacks and referrals to assist callers.
- Participate in professional training sessions to learn about different units within the Area Agency on Aging.
- Attend outreach events to promote available services to the public.
- Manage and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness of SeniorLine resources.
- Investigate underutilized resources and update agency publications accordingly.
- Assist in mailing informational materials to SeniorLine callers.
- Engage in special projects as assigned during the internship.
