Job Title : Surgical Technician

Shift : Rotating 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, nights) with call and weekend requirements. Weekends may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week (except for orientation week)

Job Description :
- Participate in all aspects of surgical procedures as part of a healthcare team.
- Ensure the operating room and equipment are set up for surgeries.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Handle instruments and supplies during surgeries, assisting with their proper usage.
- Work with the team to provide high-quality patient care during operations.
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines.
- Wear navy blue scrubs while on duty.
- Respond to offers with an acceptance or a decline within 48 hours. Note that time off will not be altered once an offer is accepted.
- Must be ready to work every other weekend.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and evenings.
