What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Collector position at Allegheny Health Network Home Medical Equipment?
This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM shift training out of Ford City, PA. This will transition to a work from home position after successful training is complete.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contacting Insurance companies
· Follow-up with insurance claims to secure payment
· Reviewing and working denials
YOUR SKILLS:

· Ability to set & meet aggressive goals
· Understanding insurance payer’s billing and collection practices
· Attention to detail
· Knowledge of coverage criteria guidelines for insurance coverage
QUALIFICATIONS
· Familiarity with medical terminology
· Experience in healthcare reimbursement
