Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced UG mine worker to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to underground mining, including but not limited to:
- Working in accordance with Allegheny Met training guidelines.
- Maintaining and utilizing proper safety equipment and apparel.
- Conducting pre-operational equipment checks.
- Inspecting cables and haulage ways.
Requirements:
- Valid underground mining certification.
- Ability to understand direction from supervisors and safety personnel.
- Ability to interpret safety signs and training material.
- Qualified per Allegheny Met training guidelines.
