Hospitality and Short Term Rental Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lodging units (Self Service Hotel/Airbnb) after each stay including cleaning and changing bed linens and towels
• Restocking kitchen, soaps, and paper goods as necessary
• Adhere to Allegheny standards for cleanliness, ensuring excellent client experience
• Cleaning building common areas
• Tidying perimeter
• Removing trash from property
• Pick up deliveries from post office
• Communicating damages or theft to management
• Fielding guest emergency including lockout and unskilled maintenance emergency
• Monitoring inventory of kitchen goods, paper goods, and other consumables

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while maintaining scheduled work
• Ability to perform all physical activities associated with janitorial work
• Successfully complete Allegheny Partners short-term turnover training
• Maintaining Allegheny Partners standard of cleanliness, attention to detail
• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent work history reliability and references
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and repair desired

This is a part-time position with hours driven by lodging rental stays. Schedule varies with availability required during weekends between 11am and 4pm.

Hourly rate is $20.00 per hour.

Location is Main Street, Central Downtown Floyd, VA
