Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Program Manager to support the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE). The Program Manager is responsible for managing overall program performance, ensuring that all project objectives are met. This includes planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. The Program Manager also leads cross-functional teams, oversees progress on deliverables, manages risks, and ensures that program activities are in compliance with regulatory and performance standards.
The mission of the NISF CICE is to enable the U.S. to uphold its leadership in computing, communications, and information science and engineering; promote understanding of the principles and uses of advanced computing, communications, and information systems in service to society; support advanced cyberinfrastructure that enables and accelerates discovery and innovation across all science and engineering disciplines; and contribute to universal, transparent, and affordable participation in an information-based society.
Required Qualifications:
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is $130,000 - $170,000

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or engineering
- 10 years in project or program management, with a proven track record of leading multi-faceted, mission-critical programs.
- Although this position is remote, we prefer that candidates be located within commutable distance to Alexandria, Virginia.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
