Location: Tampa, Florida

Allegiance Group, a dynamic leader in the land surveying and geospatial industry, is expanding its capabilities by launching a cutting-edge BIM division. We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across the full construction project lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of BIM processes and lead a talented team within an innovative and growing company.
As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
· Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows across the organization.
· Overseeing the development and management of 3D models and BIM data.
· Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.
· Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
· Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
· Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
· Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows. Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required to manage and develop 3D models and BIM data efficiently. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192, to ensure all projects comply with the latest best practices and legal requirements.
They will also need strong project management and leadership skills to oversee multiple projects and lead teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
