Are you an experienced Estimator/Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality public and commercial building projects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be working on a variety of public-sector builds, with a strong focus on schools and office buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
· Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout the tender and construction phases.
· Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
· Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
· Oversee site progress and resolve any issues that arise during the build.
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or similar role in construction
· Proven experience delivering public-sector projects – ideally schools
· Familiarity with office building developments also highly desirable
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in estimating/project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
