Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Vehicle Excellent Benefits
Allegiance Group, a leader in construction management and preconstruction services, is urgently seeking a Superintendent with extensive experience in healthcare construction, including both new builds and renovations. This role will involve leading two major healthcare and hospital projects, making healthcare experience a key requirement.
The ideal candidate will have successfully managed projects in the $10M-$20M range, with 5-10 years of experience in at-risk (self-perform), lump sum, and ideally negotiated CM construction for healthcare and hospital facilities. At Allegiance Group, you’ll have the opportunity to lead transformative projects, from innovative hospitals to essential critical care centers.
As a Superintendent, you will be a hands-on leader, ideally with a background in the trades, and take pride in leading from the field. All five projects are local, so travel will be minimal. Your responsibilities will include overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that each project meets design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare clients, medical facility representatives, and contractors to ensure that every project positively impacts patient care.
