Junior Estimator – Masonry, Brick, Stone
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Benefits
Allegiance Group are a well-established construction company in Jacksonville that has over 65 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering more than 500 major commercial projects. Specializing in all aspects of Masonry, Brick, Stone, and Concrete, this company works predominantly across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Their office, conveniently located just off Phillips Highway, offers an excellent platform for a Junior Estimator to be involved in large-scale commercial projects.
We are currently seeking a Junior Estimator with 1-2 years of commercial experience to support our Lead Estimator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating accurate project estimates, quotes, and material lists from client drawings and specifications. You will assist in developing estimates based on client plans throughout the project lifecycle, helping produce schedules, quotes, and material lists.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of commercial estimating experience (Masonry, Brick, Block, or Stone preferred).
- Familiarity with projects ranging from $150,000 to $5 million.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and construction software such as On-Screen Take Off, Planswift, Bluebeam, and Adobe/CAD.
