Role: Residential Construction Estimator
Location: White Plains, NY
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 Benefits
Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong background in residential construction? We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help drive the success of high-density residential projects, including condos and apartment developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential multi-unit projects (condos/apartments)
· Analyze drawings, specs, and project documents
· Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
· Provide value engineering recommendations and cost-saving options
· Track budgets and assist with procurement planning
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience estimating multi-family residential projects (condos/apartments)
· Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and local regulations
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
· A team player with 5 years of relevant experience
