Job Title: Superintendent - Multi-Family Construction

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in multi-family construction to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee large-scale multi-family projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise all aspects of on-site construction for multi-family projects.
· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and progress.
· Ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
· Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to maintain project efficiency.
· Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control at each phase of the project.
· Address and resolve any construction issues or delays in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in multi-family construction as a Superintendent
· Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Extensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and best practices
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
