Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
$100.00 monthly bilingual bonus**
***After initial on-site training is complete, this position will be a Work From Home position with occasional in office trainings.***
Role:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
10% - Processing wire requests and responding to call center emails in a timely manner. Assisting with web & video chat as time permits
10% - Conducts new account functions as needed including all types of deposit products; explain various account and ownership options, providing the necessary counseling to meet member's needs, and obtain, prepare, and review all new account and loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, forwarding to auditing in a timely manner.
5% - Performs other related duties as assigned.
