We are seeking a Electrical Superintendent to join our team! As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of electricians and subcontractors while coordinating all aspects of the electrical installation, including planning, execution, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating the work of electricians and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation and alignment of electrical systems.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring that work is completed on time and within the allotted budget.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the electrical team, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues, delays, or safety concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure the proper inventory of materials and tools needed for the project and coordinate with procurement teams as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, daily reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential electrical projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
