Your day to day involves overseeing and managing construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, and Bluebeam
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
