Are you an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales? Do you have proven Outside Sales experience, preferably within the construction or concrete industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you that offers a very competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sell Ready-Mix Concrete & Concrete Block : Drive sales and revenue by offering high-quality ready-mix concrete and concrete blocks to customers.
- Identify Prospective Customers & Projects : Use your expertise to efficiently identify new business opportunities and potential projects.
- Establish New Customer Accounts : Build strong relationships with new clients and set up new projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Relationship Development : Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to ensure continued success.
- Meet or Exceed Sales Goals : Meet or exceed sales metrics, goals, and forecasted budgets, driving business growth.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Department Communication : Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, accounting, and operations to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Assist in Revenue Collection : Work with the finance team to assist in the collection of revenue when necessary.
