We are looking for a skilled HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. This role involves overseeing commercial HVAC installations on-site, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for supervising field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring that projects, such as warehouses, office buildings, and retail stores, are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise HVAC installation teams on-site for commercial projects, including warehouses, office buildings, and stores.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and building codes during installations.
- Oversee daily field operations, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are available and delivered on time.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
- Troubleshoot any issues on-site, resolving them quickly to avoid delays.
- Ensure that project schedules are followed and adjust fieldwork strategies when necessary.
