Role: Junior Estimator

We’re looking for a motivated individual with experience in Bluebeam or AutoCAD who is eager to learn and grow.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with senior estimators to analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Accurately estimate costs for concrete materials, labor, and equipment
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing
- Work closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure accurate project scopes
- Assist in bid preparations and submissions
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in estimation for concrete projects (or relevant internship experience)
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
