Salary : $250,000 Base Salary Bonus

Our client are a well recognised Real Estate outfit partnering with a major GC leading one of the most exciting projects seen on Miami-Dade. A Senior Superintendent is needed to oversee the first standalone residential development of its sort in Florida, setting a new benchmark for luxury in one of Miami’s most historic neighborhoods.

The initial project is a large multi-residency construction project valued at near $100 million and covering over 400,000 square feet of space with 75 units. With their pioneering approach to redefining so much of Miami’s skyline this is a very pivotal role in their growth and maintain the exceptional standards that have defined their success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $80-100 million .
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on every site.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Develop and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
