Senior Superintendent – Hotel, High-End, Luxury
Location: Broward, Florida
Compensation: $220,000–$250,000 Base Salary Bonus
** Interviews available 3pm, 4pm & 5pm on Friday (7th)
Our client is a globally recognised architecture practice with a history of working on luxury hospitality and commercial projects. With a portfolio or very notable projects and recognised hotels and estates in Miami Beach, downtown Miami and beyond.
With a new 2-year hotel project set to launch ASAP I am urgently shortlisting for an excellent Senior Superintendent with strong project hotel/hospitality experience. A Senior Superintendent is to oversee complex, large-scale projects from cradle to grave. The initial project is a large construction project valued at near $100 million, and interviews are available in the coming days.
With 30 years experience and a portfolio which includes The Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Fontainebleau Hotel and several major stylish South Beach, this client is known to bring a distinct level of creativity to every project, and his portfolio is often associated with luxury/high-end, stylish, and innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $80-$100 million .
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on every site.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
- Develop and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in the Florida construction market.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Track record of successfully delivering high-end hotel / hospitality projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
